Nova Mainstreet welcomes all “nonaggressive dogs/cats” We will need to meet your furry friends initially to ensure they are not aggressive to keep our community safe. There is a $250 one time pet deposit and $30/mth (per animal) extra pet roommate fee.🐾
Rooftop/Community room
St.Albert Nova Mainstreet apartment rentals has not 1 but 2 rooftop patios for all tenants to enjoy and an open community indoor room for meet ups and different engaging programs that will be offered ongoing to create a fun atmosphere for our appreciated tenants. *Come host your next party for friends and family on our rooftop private patios/Event Center!
Workout/Fitness Room
"You are only as old as you feel-age is just a number" Nova Mainstreet has equipped you for feel good success! with high end work out machines from multiple treadmills, row machines free weights and more for all tenants to have free access to.
