Nova Mainstreet Apartments

Nova Mainstreet apartments 55+ luxury living, was carefully designed and strategically built by 3M Developments. Our company saw a unique opportunity and need for this community by transforming and rebuilding a once tragic memory to many who lost their home and the neighborhood reminder of a condemned building. Now with new ownership and direction by 3M Developments, we have created a reminder that something beautiful can be made from ashes. We thought not only how we could uplift our senior tenants with spacious high-end apartments with fun community programs and affordable rent, but we at 3M Developments also wanted to take on this rather difficult build to also send a message of hope and strength to this beautiful community which drives by our building everyday, that all things in life can be redeemed. 3M Developments welcomes all to come for a tour, we are currently constructing many more apartments around the city to bring more luxury for you or your loved ones at affordable prices.
